Rainbow effect (RBE)

The rainbow effect is a brief red, green and blue fringe that some viewers see on single-chip DLP with sequential colour. It is most visible on moving edges with high contrast. Faster colour wheels (4×, 6×) and LED/laser sequencing reduce it.
Some people see it much more than others, so it can't be reduced to a single spec. Reviews are the best guide.
