How to compare it
USB-C video (DP Alt Mode)
A big convenience on portables, especially with power delivery (the source charges, or the projector charges the source).
HDBaseT
Video, audio, control and sometimes power over a single Cat6 run (up to 100 m).
An install-class feature. It removes the need for a long HDMI run to the ceiling.
Standard: HDBaseT Alliance
SDI
Broadcast-grade coax video input.
Live events and broadcast. Note the generation: 12G-SDI is needed for 4K60.
Standard: SMPTE SDI (3G/12G)
