How to compare it
Corner / warp correction
Useful for UST, where tiny placement errors become big geometry errors. Same resampling caveat as keystone.
Auto keystone
Automatically pre-distorts to square up the image.
Convenient, with the same resolution cost as manual keystone.

Marketing traps
- Auto keystone: Auto keystone silently enabled by default costs sharpness on a perfectly aligned install. Check it can be switched off.
Deep cut
Corner / warp correction. UST's steep projection angle magnifies wall unevenness. A 1 mm bump in the wall becomes a visible wave. Warp can mask it; a rigid tensioned screen fixes it.

Keystone correction ⚠
Digital correction for a tilted projector. It reduces effective resolution and can add artifacts. Specs: ±degrees vertical/horizontal, 4- or 8-point correction, warping. ⚖ optics.keystone_v_deg, optics.keystone_h_deg, optics.corner_correction
